Important Service Notes

All dogs will receive a 7-point health and coat check before being accepted for grooming. Additional charges may apply for matting, excessive shedding, feces in coat, or extra brushing required.

For the safety and comfort of all pets:

• Dogs with fleas will not be accepted.

• Recently skunk-sprayed dogs cannot be groomed.

Late Policy:
A $15 late fee will be applied every 10 minutes after the first 10 minutes past your appointment time.
